No Chill No Spread Dark Chocolate Sugar Cookie Recipe
Over the last year I have worked to perfect my dark chocolate sugar cookie recipe, and now that I did, I want to share it with you!
This listing is for my dark chocolate sugar cookie recipe ONLY.
This recipe is meant to withstand the driest climates and still turn out soft and yummy!
The recipe makes 2 batches (about 2 dozen regular size cookies). This recipe can be cut in half. You will find that there are measurements in cups and grams to make cutting this recipe in half easier. Grams would be the most accurate way to measure.
Because the dough is soft, some shapes such as circles and rectangles may warp simply from transferring the unchilled dough to your baking sheet. I still do not chill my dough in this case, however placing your rolled dough in the freezer for 5 minutes and then cutting and transferring could be a better option for those shapes.
By purchasing, you agree not to share the recipe with anyone else. It's our little secret!
Thank you, and enjoy!
